This yarn is part of the category of art yarns, it is dyed and spun entirely by hand with thicker parts and other larger ones.
Ideal for all uses from the most classic, crochet and knitting, to the newest ones such as macramé or weaving.
Banana fiber is 100% vegan, biodegradable and sustainable.
This fiber looks a lot like silk, it is shiny, velvety, soft and resistant at the same time, it lends itself to many uses.
During the knitting it may happen that the thread twists on itself, it is part of the process of making this yarn, just twist it slightly on the opposite side to get it back in place and continue working it.
In this skein the banana thread is mixed with the cotton thread, this makes the thread partly shiny and partly opaque, creating a highly effective texture.
